Day Trips, Custom Trips
We understand that not everyone has time to join our expedition style tours, and that you may wish to travel on your own schedule. That is where our Custom Tours or Day Trips come in.
Our day trips are designed to be fun, engaging, and filled with enough adventure to fill your camera full of memories. These tours are designed for the introductory level sea kayaker. The tour launches from the Sandspit Harbor and or Alliford Bay , depending on the skill level of the participant(s), weather, and tides.
We often view seals and a few bird colonies in the area that we paddle. If weather cooperates, there are many islets to explore for your enjoyment.
Day Trips Details
- Basic day trips are $175 per person ( plus 8% PST), and accommodate a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 10 participants. Guide Ratio 1-5
- All kayaking and safety gear will be provided by your guide.
- The option to use a single or double fibreglass kayak is available.
- Day trips generally start and finish from: 471 Beach Rd Sandspit, or Alliford ferry Landing.
- Transportation & pick up in Sandspit or ferry landing included.
- Trips times are often leave early and return late. Flexible to accommodate everyones requirements.
- Bag Lunch & some snacks iincluded.
- Tour departure is dependent on weather and tide conditions.
Custom Trip Details
Everything from honeymoons, birthdays, anniversaries, family vacations, exclusive groups, conferences and skill based excursions have been offered since 1989. It’s best to contact us early to plan so you can get what you desire. The itinerary will be based on your wishes!
